1. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing a rank from Replevin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
These Terms apply to every rank sold through Replevin's official store, on every server, game mode, or world operated under the Replevin name. They work alongside Replevin's server rules, which you must also follow. If these Terms conflict with the server rules on a purchase-related matter, these Terms apply.
2. Definitions
"Replevin," "we," "us," "our" means the owners, operators, and staff of the Replevin Minecraft server network.
"Server" means any Minecraft server, game mode, world, or related service run under the Replevin name, including its website, store, and community spaces.
"Rank" means any purchasable rank, tier, title, package, or upgrade offered in Replevin's store, along with any perks attached to it.
"You" means the person making the purchase and the Minecraft account that receives the Rank.
"Store" means Replevin's official online store or any purchase method we officially approve.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase or give permission first, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.
You must own a legitimate Minecraft account and have permission to use the payment method you choose. You are responsible for entering the correct username at checkout.
4. What You Are Buying
A Rank is a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use certain in-game features on the Server. You do not own the Rank or any virtual items, currency, or perks that come with it.
Ranks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ranks are tied to the Minecraft account that received them and cannot be sold, traded, gifted onward, or moved to another account unless we choose to allow it.
The perks of each Rank are described in the Store at the time of purchase. Ranks and their perks are designed to follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.
Unless the Store says otherwise, a Rank lasts for as long as the Server offers it. A Rank sold for a set period ends when that period runs out.
5. Purchases and Payment
All prices are shown in the Store and may include or add taxes depending on where you live. We may change prices, run sales, or remove Ranks at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Your payment is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Replevin does not store your full card or bank details.
Only buy Ranks through the official Store. Purchases made through anyone else, including other players, are not supported and may be removed.
6. Delivery
Ranks are usually applied automatically shortly after payment is confirmed. Some Ranks may only be applied the next time you join the Server.
If your Rank has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us with your username and proof of purchase. We are not responsible for Ranks sent to the wrong account because of a username entered incorrectly at checkout, though we may help correct it at our discretion.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
All purchases are final once the Rank has been delivered, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. We may choose to issue a refund in other cases, such as a duplicate charge or a Rank we were unable to deliver.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may remove the Rank and suspend or ban your account from the Server until the dispute is resolved. Contacting us first is almost always the faster way to fix a problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have by law.
8. Conduct, Suspension, and Removal
Owning a Rank does not exempt you from the server rules. Players with a Rank are held to the same standards as everyone else.
If you break the server rules, misuse Rank perks, or act fraudulently, we may suspend, mute, ban, or remove your Rank. You will not receive a refund for a Rank lost or unusable because of a rule violation.
9. Changes to Ranks and the Server
The Server changes over time. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove Rank perks, reset worlds or progress, change game modes, or rename Ranks. These changes are part of running the Server and do not entitle you to a refund.
We aim to keep the Server online but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The Server may go offline for maintenance, outages, or reasons outside our control. If the Server shuts down permanently, your Rank ends, and refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.
10. Not Affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
Replevin is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. All payments go to Replevin, not to Mojang or Microsoft. Your use of Minecraft is also governed by the Minecraft End User License Agreement.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Ranks and the Server are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Replevin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress, items, or in-game currency. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
12. Changes to These Terms and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Making a purchase after an update means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
